Summary: Technotronic Dimensions still faces huge obstacles to overcome for full recovery of the storm flooding due to the incompetence of the property owner, town, county and state
who have decided this problem is the fault of the small business owner, as if the tenant owns the property of 203-305 Northside Drive in Bennington, VT 05201 and was responsible to resolve it. Meanwhile the property owner began fixing the issue before it even entered court, and the court ruled he could stop the repair at any time and not be accountable for damages done to the business and its customers for his carelessness. Property owner also failed to resolve boiler heating issues that were being "addressed" for over 1 year. The neglect has resulted in new tenants in building 205 to move shortly after complaining of same issues and being ignored too. Judge Barra ordered the business to pay INCREASED monthly rent into his court for (6) months else the Sheriff would be ordered to enforce eviction. It was clear the judge was deciding against the defendant despite not having read any part of the lease agreement. Several
careless decisions by the judge including omitting the defendants first exhibit he said would be filed ensued as well as making up his own law for the verdict and repealing the VT cares
act for this case ensued. Its a disgrace to the entire county of Bennington and VT state and there will be repercussions in the future.
The State also seized the sole proprietors only work vehicle and transportation without any due process and threw out the appeal to VT supreme court, as well as the appeal
on this unlawful eviction during an emergency disaster. The rental was being used as an emergency rest area due to the mathematics of covid so a full recovery could be
attained, so the business owner is now homeless since March 2025.
