Storm flooding Petition and relief donations

UPDATE: 6-25-25

By command of the Bennington County Sheriff, I tore down and abandoned the rental in early March

given only 14 days time, despite a bad back and knees. Parking lot flooded again during that time and

the property owner and Bennington County continued to ignore the issue. The boiler once again failed, and I was not given an additional

3 days time due to these obstructions as I asked for. Property owners wife found time through it all to scold me for not being out weeks ago, and was angry at

me because I didnt clean the bathroom floor and wanted the rental "broom swept"....

Business operating conditions still at risk due to parking lot storm flooding that property owner and

government will not resolve. (Accepting relocation disaster DONATIONS here)

I started an online petition describing the issue in April 2024:

Many photos have been added with dates, people have signed in support and describe situation as "palpable"

and how it effects walk in traffic, and supply chain services as described in the petition.

Update was made in Jan 2025 describing local court ruling completely ignoring the repercussions as described.
Photos were ruled as "hearsay", as were actual affidavits notarized by customers who complained and agreed with the
reasons for the petition and cannot patron the business due to safety concerns.

VT has been on an emergency storm flooding watch since June of 2023 and the State is blaming Joe Biden's admin for
loss of proper funding but agrees that the business should be getting some form of aid. The commercial property
is in the location where ALL Bennington storm water drainage flows to and the property owner had had nearly 20 yrs to
solve the problem and is placing it on the shoulders of Technotronic Dimensions to burden. The parking lot is now a town drainage ditch
and will be until its addressed properly.

Plans to relocate are underway, but will be much more difficult without the FEMA aid. There is a Paypal and Venmo donation button for the project located here:
