Business operating conditions still at risk due to parking lot storm flooding that property owner and
Update was made in Jan 2025 describing local court ruling completely ignoring the repercussions as described.
Photos were ruled as "hearsay", as were actual affidavits notarized by customers who complained and agreed with the
reasons for the petition and cannot patron the business due to safety concerns.
VT has been on an emergency storm flooding watch since June of 2023 and the State is blaming Joe Biden's admin for
loss of proper funding but agrees that the business should be getting some form of aid. The commercial property
is in the location where ALL Bennington storm water drainage flows to and the property owner had had nearly 20 yrs to
solve the problem and is placing it on the shoulders of Technotronic Dimensions to burden. The parking lot is now a town drainage ditch
and will be until its addressed properly.
Plans to relocate are underway, but will be much more difficult without the FEMA aid. There is a Paypal and Venmo donation button for the project located here:

Any donations appreciated, and please sign the petition. Your support is greatly appreciated, and I intend to endure this hardship

Steve, So sorry to hear about the CONTINUED problems with the flooding. I live a few miles up the road (Pittsfield, VT...near Killington) so I know just how bad the flooding has been/is. Hope this contribution helps in some small way (I've added extra $$$'s to cover the PayPal fee). Thanks for making the decision to stick it out...despite the lack of government help/caring. We NEED guys like you, especially here in Vermont where there are so few services like yours available. You're in my prayers. Semper Fi!!! Kenn, W1KMH

Ken - Thank you for the generous donation! Yes, I tried to explain the usefulness of my store for the sake of emergency communications, but it fell on deaf ears, except for you right now. Ham ops are the only ones with the manpower and resources to assemble and support disaster recoveries. Helene proved that in NC and did way more than any gov agency could ever hop for. Semper Fi.
