As of DEC 2023, due to a security breach at the Shift4 credit card processor data-center, which may have resulted from

a credit card dispute, we have suspended their merchant system from this store. Any customer with saved credit cards ought to remove them as a precaution

against fraudulent charges and as a result we cannot process credit for anything purchased on this site until its resolved.

If the problem is resolved, the normal return policy is as follows:

Repeat customers who are qualified technicians at service and repair companies can be eligible qualify for returns.

Consumers purchasing spare parts for do-it-yourself projects do not qualify for any warranty or return. We reserve the right to cancel any 

purchases made by individuals and require a separate check or money order to be sent to complete the purchase.

Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return for the correct product.
