All incoming repairs require a deposit made to cover labor for initial diagnosis to determine a final estimation.
This deposit is usually made in the form of a check, (made to Technotronic Dimensions) when shipping the product and enclosed with
the contents of the shipment. Include any accessories such as remotes, cables, manuals or CDROMS you have that go with the product.
You pay actual shipping costs both ways, and if the repair costs are approved, the return shipping is included in the final charges.
The initial deposit includes a disposal fee in case the product is abandoned. Repairs that sit 30-45 days with no decision made from
the customer are considered abandoned.
